Jigsaws
Pupils learnt about sublimation printing by making their own jigsaws. Pre-cut jigsaws with polymer coating suitable for sublimation printing were used. Pupils chose an image from Internet, used 2D Design to re-size, crop or rotate image as required before printing onto sublimation paper. Heat press used to transfer print to jigsaw.
Interesting and fun way of introducing polymers in a different form.
