STEM Ambassador Mark Sollis of Crown Packaging visited club to demonstrate to pupils how maths is used ever day in his job in design development. Pupils watched a short presentation explaining how products are developed followed by practical exercise measuring cans. Pupils learnt how to use a Vernier gauge and the importance of accuracy in measuring and recording dtata.
