To celebrate pi day (14th March) the mathematics department invited groups of learners from our feeder primary schools to work with several year 7 learners in various projects. The learners participated in practical and computer based activities to investigate and to approximate the value of pi. All of the learners enjoyed the activities and produced examples of fantastic work!
