This term is Alternative Technology term! We started with looking at generators and then used the turbine kits to investigate the optimum conditions for generating electricity. We got sidetracked on making motors and electromagnets for a few weeks and are now looking at Hydrogen fuel cells. We are lucky in that one of our ex-students, Gavin Harper (http://www.gavindjharper.co.uk/) has become bit of an expert on Alternative Technology and came back to work with us on the fuel cell cars
